Emily is a Murray native and opening a salon where she grew up has been a dream come true. She’s been in the hair industry for over 7 years and loves it more now than she did starting out. She’s married to her best friend, Codie and they have a son Ledger—her whole world.

Outside the salon you’ll most likely find her catching up on one of her favorite podcasts or reality TV show. You will also find her DIYing something in her house.

Opening Bailey & Co. she really wanted to create an environment that felt like home away from home. Where you can come to cry, laugh or not talk at all. Knowing every time you step in the doors, you’ll be met with love and acceptance. & leave with good hair of course ;)

  • Come with relatively clean, dry hair. Bring anything you’ll need for a relaxing appointment. Your book, laptop, study materials, or airpods. You’ll be offered a Bailey & Co. drink of your choice.
